How it works

    Step 3 — If they hire New Paradigm and qualify, the referrer becomes eligible for the referral reward

Reward structure

Single-Family Home

Qualifying completed projects on detached single-family homes may be eligible for a referral reward when program terms are met.

Townhome

Qualifying completed projects on townhomes may be eligible under separate program terms when the referred homeowner hires NPP.

Reward levels and eligibility are confirmed by New Paradigm Projects when a referred project qualifies. Payment is not guaranteed until terms are met.

Program rules

  • You do not need to be a previous New Paradigm Projects customer to refer someone.
  • You cannot refer your own primary residence.
  • You may refer a second home or investment property.
  • Referred homeowners receive a free consultation / inspection with no obligation.
  • Rewards are not guaranteed. Payment is made only if the referred homeowner actually qualifies and hires New Paradigm Projects.

Referral rewards apply only when the referred homeowner hires New Paradigm Projects and the completed project meets current program criteria. Reward levels are confirmed at that time — not published as fixed amounts on this website.

Submitting a referral does not guarantee a reward, a project, or any payment. Eligibility and amounts are determined by New Paradigm Projects.

You may not refer your own primary residence. Second homes and investment properties may be referred.

You must confirm that the prospect is aware New Paradigm Projects may contact them. You must have permission to share their contact information.

Referred homeowners receive a free consultation / inspection with no obligation. Project pricing is determined only after an on-site evaluation.
